Who need to have a visa:

This visa is non-extendable. This type of visa is only issued to those who enter the country through any authorized airport or seaport.
Citizens of Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, and Slovenia have to apply for a tourist visa valid for 60 days before entering in any part of Indonesia.

Tourist visas: Citizens of countries not eligible for a free visa is issued the tourist visa.

Tourist visa for stay up to 60 days costs 35.00 pounds
Business visa for stay up to 60 days costs 35.00 pounds
Social/cultural visa for 60 days' stay costs 35.00 pounds
Multiple entries visa for up to 12 months costs 125.00 pounds
Limited stay period visa valid for maximum 12 months costs 100.00 pounds
Re-entry permit visa costs 25.00 pounds
Method of application:
Person applying for a visa should be a passport holder and has to submit it to the Embassy while applying for the visa.
The passport must be valid for at least six months from the day a person enters Indonesia.
Any kind of non-passport document like travel documents, certificate of identity, certificate of registration will not be accepted.
People applying for visas have to fill up a correct visa form properly and has to clearly mention his/her purpose of visit. Once a type of visa is stamped it cannot be canceled or converted into any other type.
The application form is filled up clearly in capital letters.
Person applying for visa must fill up original application form and has to be personally signed by him/her. Forms may be downloaded from computer but in that case only printed double-sided forms are accepted.
Two copies of a recently taken passport size color photograph have to be submitted along with the application form.
Currency:
The Rupiah is the official currency of Indonesia issued and controlled by the Bank of Indonesia. The currency code for the Rupiah is IDR.
